We utilize exclusively premium, high-end professional products including Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, Chanel, Dior Backstage, Pat McGrath Labs, Hourglass, NARS, and custom dermatologically-tested skin preparers to protect your skin barrier while maximizing look longevity.
For home or hotel venues, a flat 2,000 BDT surcharge is applied per artist to cover professional packing, travel logistics, and setup time. If you request bookings outside of Dhaka, additional custom out-station logistics will be calculated by the artist during initial WhatsApp validation.
To finalize your elite appointment slots, a 50% reservation deposit must be sent via bKash or Bank Transfer once our team reviews your questionnaire and coordinates scheduling over WhatsApp. Deposit details will be sent directly within the initial conversation.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the session, subject to slot availability. Cancellations made inside 7 days are subject to a 50% deposit forfeiture, while cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable due to reserved space blockages.
